Publisher Description
Sing along to the Church Hymnbook with your Android powered phone or tablet! LDS Hymns Sing-Along is a delightfully fun way for you and your family to learn the music and teachings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It makes an excellent Sunday activity and also serves as a great accompaniment to singing during your Family Home Evenings, family prayer and scripture reading, and even Primary lessons in church.
Music is a wonderful way to learn the doctrine and teachings of the Church. LDS Hymns Sing-Along will help your family learn the hymns from the Church Hymnbook as you hear the words and music, follow the bouncing ball as it highlights the words as they are sung, and swipe the background to look at related photos and artwork.
Young children will enjoy the serendipity of finding fun new hymns as they tap on the toddler-friendly grid of thumbnails. Older children and adults can scroll through the list of titles and page numbers. You can even search for a specific hymn by entering part of the title or any of the lyrics.
We love apps like LDS Gospel Library, and LDS Music from the church. We think that this app can work as a companion to those apps. Our favorite apps like LDS Scriptures, and Mormon Channel have been such an example to us, and we hope that this app is of the quality you've come to expect from the best developers on the market.
